I don't like how attachment 102535 removes quick access to the
Menu->Character->Font dialog. As Jay points out, people like me use the
right-click to quickly dialogs buried in the menu bar.
In that mockup, I would change the name of "Character" to "Font",which appears
to have the same options that the side bar gives you now, I would then keep the
current "Character" behavior of opening the Character->Font dialog.
