Have to wait for the build to come out but i fine with it if there are
spaces between the '/' - meaning 'Page 4 / 302 (Page iv)'.
Why do you think there should be spaces before and after the slash? Wikipedia
says that usually you don't put a space there with a few exceptions, but none
of the exceptions matches our case. See
