Open a draw document, draw a shape (rectangle, circle, etc...) select
the shape, right-click on it, select Area.
In the dialog, select Colors. On the bottom right you have 2 buttons to
let you load a new palette, and save the actual pallete.
The palettes shall be in .soc format, though.
It will also be nice to be able to load gimp paletes as extensions. As
this is not in the job description, a wiki page on how to do this is
just fine.
I'm sorry but I don't know what you mean by this, could you please
elaborate?
