Resolving WORKSFORME, as 4.0 is now at the end of life, 4.1 is almost there too
and 4.2 has new UI.
In 4.2, there now is a selector for the default CTL language that can be
enabled or disabled from a check box directly in front of it.
Calling this selector "Indic scripts" is a nice idea, but wouldn't fit e.g.
Arabic, Hebrew, etc. that are also found in this selector. Adding a selector
for every single one of these languages would probably make things harder not
easier.
Of course, one could question the necessity for three different selectors
instead of a single one for all languages.
