the documented (comment #12) use-case of having something other
than plain-text (frames, images, OLE) in the replacement text does
not work with the patch...
the "With" field contains only a plain text string, so by
copying that to the Replace field you can't get images.
but, why don't we just initialize *both" With and Replace fields
with the selected text? the user has to edit at least one
of the fields anyway, and any guess as to which one it will
be is going to be wrong some of the time; if we pre-fill
both fields then the user will manually clear one of them,
and if they leave the "Replace" field as-is then the
images etc. will work fine.
