Oh yes, silly me :)

This icon is for the Query Design toolbar in Base, for a button to
open the properties window, where various settings can be changed.
(This is a new feature that can be seen only in master builds.)
Right now, this window can (only) be opened through the menu:
Edit / Properties.

In form design, the control contextual menu (when one right-clicks on
a control) has two icons with similar feature: One for the properties
of the control itself and one for the properties of the form. Maybe we
can reuse one of these icons, or make a similar one.
