Hey Alexander,

I think those new features like color scales, data bars and icon sets
should be rather prominent in Calc, so maybe adding that sub-menu to
the standard toolbar of Calc should be considered.

I don't know how the various teams determine whether something should
be part of the default toolbar, but I think it'd be worth it.

I'll implement there what the UX team defines as useful. So if you can
convince mainly Astron (as he is the one who did most of the design
and UX work at this dialog) I'll implement this.
