In general, I agree with that. Yet, it seems to be a matter of
consistency that we always show two decimals (when using millimetres
as the unit) not three. So the options seem to be:
#1 Use three decimals in all of LibO or
#2 Reduce precision in report design to tenth of millimetres
I think #2 is the more practical solution, while #1 might be more
desirable overall...
I've implemented #2 for 3.6.
