I've been thinking about doing this purely for debugging reasons, just
to let me dump all the config info. It looks like the options are
stored differently depending on if they are in cui, unotools, svtools,
etc. Does anybody have a little insight on how I might go about doing
this? I figure it's something we can put in a branch and wrapped in
DBG_UTIL or something until it is specced.
