just so this mail doesn't go completely, I think your change looks
good. There's one thing I would propose, though: moving the long
vertical line in the middle so that it sits at ~1/3 of the width, and
using the last 2/3 of the dialogue for the 2nd column: in ASCII art,
like this (so, use a non-proportional font):

I've CC'ed Christoph, so he can tell us if that's a good idea in his
view (while it would seem to use the space better, it might set a
