Hi,

Von: Christoph Noack <christoph@dogmatux.com>

Just as a side note: I'm currently a bit unclear whether we balance the
issue of "Excel compatibility" vs. "LibO consistency" when changing
behavior. There have been some changes already that make it harder for
users of other LibO modules to simple re-use their knowledge. What is
the current design direction?

I just had a brief look at Excel 2010 - and it has even more complex
options for grid line display and printing than calc has.
But: Excel is more consistend with this options and is more clear if
a setting is per application, per document or per sheet.

regards,

André
