Must be WEEK('2019-01-01'), if you are using the internal HSQLDB. Gives
'1' here.
Must be EXTRACT(WEEK FROM CAST('2019-01-01' AS TIMESTAMP)), if you are
using internal Firebird. Also the result is '1' here.
