I didn't suggest otherwise. See my word "likely".

No, of course not. I've reread my answer and I don't see that 
anywhere in it. If I'd meant that, I'd have said it. That's a straw man.

I thought (and still think) that - for most readers - this comparison 
may shed light on the idea. The whole question is a matter of 
balance: any checking is bound to throw up some false positives, and 
it is a question of judgement when the frequency of false positives 
outweighs the usefulness of the checking process. I'm quite happy 
with your making a different judgement from me or the program's 
designers. Clearly I cannot help you. I hope one or more of the other 
thousands on this list will.
