Hi :)
I think it's a setting of the printer rather than within LibreOffice. When you try to print there
is a dialogue-box. At the top is a drop-down menu to select which printer to use and beside that
is a "Properties" button. Then the printer's dialogue-box appears and hopefully makes some sort of
sense. Hopefully one of those tabs gives the options you are looking for. You might need to
actually have your hands on the machine rather than doing this by phone or something.

It might be a good idea to give her the "get help" page so she can ask other people rather than
always relying on 1 person.

Also this forum seems to be quite good

Although she still might need support from you in order to understand some of the answers!

Regards from
Tom :)

Subject: [libreoffice-users] Two in One Page

I introduced a friend to LibreOffice
and ever since I've become some sort of support personnel.
Her office is downstairs, mine is above. Now there's a new
problem and I lack the experience. I never did any such
thing in M$-Word too.

She wants two pages to print on one paper (like having two
A5 page texts showing on one A4 paper). She wants it visible
on screen with page numbers showing for both sheets -- one
on left and the other on right side of the ONE mother page.
She claims its possible in M$-Word and I believe her. So, is
this feature in LibreOffice-writer or is this where I put up
an apologetic speech? Can someone save me the embarrassment
... Please?
