Hi Everyone,in Italian Libre lists we have discussed the hypothesis to add a
quick couple of links ("how to post a bug" and "post a bug") nearby
the usual download links in the Libre download page. This is because normal users (the most
part!) have to follow these
sequence, at the moment:o) -http://www.libreoffice.org/o) -Get Involved;o) -Do quality
assurance [QA];o) -"Bug triage" section:oo) -if needed, go to"instructions on our wiki page",
read and go back;oo) -and finally go to "LibreOffice bug tracker".We think this is too much at
all! And to much hidden to normal
users!!!You could think and say that this is somewhat negative to the
LibreOffice People Idea with particular reference to the
program/suite stablity, but in a XXI Century FLOSS and Cloud World
point of view, many minded observers don't miss that we are mining
the exact contrary: we want to make LibreOffice team reaches a fast
and wide bugs view so that the entire Community can fix sooner and
many more bugs and reach, again, highest stability and quality! It's our opinion. What do you
think about it?Have a nice evening,Carlop.s. Sorry for the double post, but I didn't yet update my
Libre
lists address book... for "users", for example. ;-)
