RE: [libreoffice-users] RE: Calc Conditional Formatting Help button

Oddly, I am unable to get the local help to be used.  I thought it might be because the VM had no 
Java JRE installed, but I did that and repaired both LO3.4.0rc1 and the LO3.4.04c1 Help Pack, but I 
still only get the online web pages.  Hmm ...
