Hi Andy,

Seen this type of thing quite often in the forum so it is one of the
first to check.

I should have checked this since I've seen it before.
However, I *am* surprised that there is no visible indication that the font
wasn't present on my computer. I'd say that is a bug, or at least a grave
shortcoming.

Would there be more (font) copyright issues if fonts were embedded?

If you printing out for a book or such the odd pages are on the right.
If you start a new chapter and the last page of the prior chapter ends
on an odd page number then there is a blank page to put the new chapter
on the next odd page.

Hmmm, yup, I can see that. I suppose a single page document mailmerged up to
a hundred plus pages correctly triggers that situation. Never seen it
before :-(

I am not sure if it is the Default or if it is switched on by selecting
a page style that has Left/Right attributes.

Ah, ok, I see that now. I've turned it off. We'll see what happens next
time... :-)

Many thanks to everyone for your help on this
