I had the same errors on linux mint debian i386 version. Since things
seem to work ok, from the bit of use I've given it to do I forgot about
it. I had previously removed the rc1 install before installing the rc2,
also.

And when I selected the option to enable the sdbc zip file extension
to connect with postgres database, it did give an error "Cannot detected
media-type" (sic) so apparently it's not just an issue with the amd64
deb install.
