Ive recently experienced this while working on someone elses computer.
Windows 10 with screen scaling somehow altered and the print dialog
from another application was over the other apps. Had nothing to do
with LO.

Stop and think about this for a moment:

 1. Do you really think LO knows about your login sheets (though someone may have written a macro
for you)?
 2. A "printer symbol" shows up in the middle of your screen - for LO, for Quicken, for any other
app? - and you think it comes from LO?

Yesterday when I went to load my login sheet into libre office there was a
printer symbol in the middle of my screen which I declined to load the
logins to the printer. the symbol is stuck on my screen permanently and
shows up in the middle of my quicken screen and any other screen.

How about fixing this so I do not have to delete the entire libre office
and then reinstall it just to get rid of the waiting on printer symbol

Thanks Marshall Estes
