[libreoffice-users] Line numbering or some related problem

How do I stop this line numbering or outline or whatever it is;

10.1.1.1   Refer to Chapter 12- planting trees

Notice the "10.1.1.1"   That got added in automatically and I don't want it.

The entire line is a style Heading 4....if that helps.
