Up until today Insert-Cross-reference worked well inserting to targets within my document.
Now, I can't insert cross-references to Heading level 4- they don't even appear in the cross-reference list. 

I can insert Headings that have formatted to Heading level 2

Any idea how to fix this?
There is likely the information lost, that this style is a heading. In menu Tools > Heading Numbering, make sure that for Level 4 the entry in field Paragraph is indeed "Heading 4".
