What do you recommend them who come from microsoft office but don't have time to learn libre office from scratch and no one in his community e.g. classmates, colligues and faculties don't use it?
Where there's a will, there's a way. Take it step by step. Ask on the mailing lists or at https://ask.libreoffice.org/ how you can use LibreOffice as a beginner. Set aside 15 minutes a day to learn LibreOffice. Be willing to compromise. Challenge yourself to succeed.
