results opening multiple ods spreadsheets.

I don't think it's a LO issue.

Turns out you are right. Finally figured out all the steps to fix it.
Don't recall ever doing this in past, so they must have changed the
default for the later install. Similarly to how Fedora changed the
default sleep option to 15 minutes, so had machines going to sleep
on there own after upgrade to Fedora 39 or 40. Real pain having
systems go to sleep while running services.

Steps to change the setting.

right click on top panel
click on panel
click on panel preferences
click on items tab
Click on windows buttons
Uncheck Group Windows by Applications
Then click on close twice??

Thanks.

It seems more a window-manager-issue. Investigate on it.

Have a number of Fedora 41 machines, and am getting different
results from same command line.

use libreoffice --calc followed by 4 ods files.
On both machines, it does open all four files, but on the one
machine, it shows four tabs at top going across, and I can jump
between the spreadsheets by clicking on each tab. That is what I
want. But on another machine, rather than getting 4 tabs at top,
have only 1 tab with the number 4 showing, and have to click on
the tab, and then scroll to select the different sheets. Looked at
options, and I don't see a difference in settings??

Not sure if it is a setting in libre office, or somewhere else.
All machines with Fedora 41, and using xfce.

With the 4 tabs, I run a short on each sheet, and then click on other
tab, and do all 4, than then select close all to save them all.

With the single tab, I have to click, sort, exit, and repeat 4 time.

Wondering if someone might know where this setting is??
