programme cannot run in dos mode.
It's normal. LO is not a console program so you cannot open it in dos
mode, only with graphical OS, Windows in your example.
It's a window of my notepad with working LO, and, like you can see, this
text is normal.
Please take the additional information and paste the information in
Menu/Help/About LibreOffice, there is a copy icon.
