Yes, but I could see that before the Navigator was checked.
I found a workaround - I had tried copying a good chapter heading from
the end of the preceding line to the end of the heading line. That did
not work, though I could swear it did in previous versions of LO
Writer.
I then tried to copy the same plus up to the first line of the new
chapter, and that works just fine.
Please note, these are not Headers (as in Header and Footer), they are
paragraph styles. The one I use in this case is the standard
unmodified Heading 1.
