[libreoffice-users] 10-keys not working for keyboard shortcuts

Good morning
Windows 10 / LO 24.8.0.3

I am still struggling with a lot of funny stuff.
Right now:
I used to use for example "ALT+3" to set the page magnification to 
"optimal". Never had any trouble with that.
Now I found that the key combination works - but ONLY with the number 
keys on top of the keyboard.
The tenkey keys do NOT work.
Is there a trick to fix this? (I already tried everything I can think of)

Using a key combination with tenkeys is a lot more convenient than 
having to move each to to the top of the keyboard.
