Hello Libreoffice users, I have LibreOffice version 24.25 installed. I
wonder why I get version 24.2.12 when I start.
Putting the misspelled numbers aside, my guess is that you have
installed more than one version (so-called "in parallel").
My guess is that you have installed one portable version and one
"full" ("not portable") version.
You are probably using one/some icon / shortcut that points to one of
the versions, and that you have some other "soffice.exe" somewhere
else, possibly with some other icon shortcut located somewhere else.
Please keep in mind that installing "in parallel" is possible, but
having more than one version actually opened, running simultaneously,
is not recommended on MS Windows. You can have more than one version
installed "in parallel" (please read the relevant wiki page), but you
should rather avoid _simultaneously_ launching / running more than one
version at a time.
HTH,
Ady.
