Hello.

I have been a LibreOffice user for many years.
I got a notification to update the version I currently have (7.6.7.2)
but, when accessing the Web, I only see the update to version 24.2.5
for
'technology enthusiasts'.
Is there no update for 'normal' users anymore?

Thank you.

All the best.

Hi Manuel,

Version 24.2.5 is the current version. LO changed the version numbering
to Year.Month.BugFixRelease although many of us missed the
announcement.

I just checked and while 24.2.x was presumably the "fresh" release
earlier in the year, it is now the well-tested one. The problem is that
the Spanish site did not update the text. Compare:

https://es.libreoffice.org/descarga/libreoffice/

with:

https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/

where the English clearly indicates "versión probada y apta para"
todos.

Saludos,
Roy
