It wasn't that hard to change the page style to A4, then increase a graphic and font sizes by about 50%, as it was a fairly simple document.

Is there any way to do this automatically? I did a search through the Help files but couldn't find anything.

Style templates are your friend.

One style template for the A4 document.
One style template for the A5 document.

Use the same style names on both style templates.

To switch between sizes,
">File >Templates >Assign Template (Current Document)

You may need to install the "Template Changer" extension for that functionality to be present.

I've been using 1.2.6, but it looks like it was updated to 2.0.1.
