Brandon Grotesque is a license restricted font family by HVD Fonts distributed by Adobe.

Suggest download and *install locally* for use in LibreOffice one of these OpenFont Licensed alternatives:

Lato [1]
Josefin Sans [2]
Cabin [3]

With one of these installed, you can also use the LibreOffice Font 'Replacement Table' functions (found in Tools -> Options -> Fonts) as font replacement for documents arriving with Brandon Grotesque, or to define Brandon Grotesque for use in a Para style (even though the font is not present locally) [4].
