Be sure to include the *$* symbol in the Array.
Remember: the Index, *2*, represents the (second) column, which is referenced to the leftmost column within the (locked) Array, *$A$2:$B$4*.
NOTE: The data in column *A *need not be only a numeric value; the data may be text also.
