I don't know this issue. I had by the way some issue with 2 things on Ubuntu Linux: an instance 
of LibreOffice running in memory after closing and a backup / temporary Copy of the document, which 
is some times kept, I guess, in tmp directory. These things May bring to similar behaviours.
