Running LO 7.5.7.1 on  Ubuntu 23.04.

The goal here is to submit a DOCX to my editor who will do
corrections etc to the document and put in margin comments. Said DOCX
has to be read/write to do this. I've been assembling the DOCX by
hand chapter by chapter, which is a pain in the butt. Enter the ODM.

It makes sense to me that the ODM would b read-only. It's really just
a collection of links. To get the the DOCX I did the following Save
as... and exports, ODM -> ODT -> DOCX.

The Read-Only attribute of the ODM has propagated through to the
DOCX. Is there any way to remove this and make the DOCX read/write?
I've tried a number of things, no joy.  TY.
