 Hi Brad,
My home pc isn't connected to the internet, I don't have a smart phone,  I'm using a computer in 
the public library, they don't allow access to stuff like dropbox etc so there is no way I can 
upload the files, . There's nobody I can ask to do it for me, I'm 77 and not many of the aged 
locals are into Ancestry form making.

I can't even download the Help onto my home computer (no access to internet).
So, I guess I'll never get to know where I'm going wrong.
