Libreoffice 7.5.3.2 (X86_64) on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
In some prior editions of LibreOffice when using Writer I had the
option to anchor an image TO PAGE. Now my only choices that appear in
the context menu are TO PARAGRAPH, TO CHARACTER, or AS CHARACTER.
How can I get the TO PAGE choice to become available?
Select the image or the frame containing the image, right click on it,
select Properties in the menu then Anchor to page in the dialog window.

By dropping choices from a context menu seems to me to be a regression
of functionality.
Should I file a bug report?
Thank you. Joe Conner
