I want to give you some feedback on Writer which I have previously used, without any issues for

It was simple, straightforward, intuitive, logical and sane. Its no longer is any of these things.
It is bloated, counter intuitive, frustrating illogical and crap and whatever clown is responsible
for the comparative debacle that it now is should be confined to the tea room.
Why on earth have you made it massively worse? Which detached from reality people think this is in
any way an improvement?
PLEASE give us the option of the previous version as a Writer Lite. Having had to use the internet
to find options like font and font size that SHOULD be on the main page is a ridiculous absurdity.
I'm not sure what you're talking about. I use LO Writer almost daily,
and I find it very intuitive and as far as I can tell, it has not
changed recently. See https://imgur.com/a/9yKHK9T for a picture of how
font style and layout are arranged on my default instance. It's
literally on the main page of Writer.
What version of LO and what OS are you on? If it's Linux, you can just
close LO Writer, rename or delete your ~/.config/libreoffice directory,
and start Writer again to reset it to defaults. I suspect that you have
lost some tool bar settings or something, and it's just not showing the
default like it used to.
If it's Windows, I am afraid I am not sure how to reset it. I am not a
Windows user, unfortunately. Maybe there is a LO config file in your
user directory?
