"Loading document" and progress bar appears, followed by the "Adapting
row height" and its progress bar--when applicable to the spreadsheet.
Appearance is timer based, so high row counts and formatting being applied for large sheets trigger
appearance of the progress bar. It often won't show for short sheets.
There is no manual control, nor other way to observe sheet loading directly.
