[libreoffice-users] Libre Draw - create black background with white lettering and import jpgs

 I wish to import jpegs or png into a new file.

I need a black background and to choose white lettering on that black
background.

It would be neat to have some of the characters be red on that black
background.

How have you done that in Libre Draw?
