The problem was the symlink under linux.
VERY IMPORTANT
For a PDF Export under linux, with relative link you must access to the
ODT document without using the symlink, if you want relative links in
the folder.

A the end i would compress the folder where are the pdf export of odt
file, with the other files linked for used it on another computer with
my students.
I have try theses options :
tools-->options-->loading/saving-->save the links relative as
system file : not checked
and in the pdf export options :
links --> export the links relative as the system file checked ot not
