hello every one.
i have some questions about proffessional support from developers.
how we can contact them?
https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/professional-support/
Besides the phone numbers given there, you can contact a lot of
professional developers on IRC, see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website/IRC
how we should pay the money for resolving specific bug?
and how many dollars we should pay for this?
That depends on the kind of support you are looking for and on the contract.
is it possible to developers fix for us specific bug in our desire version?
Yes. It is open source and you can alter it to your needs.
and do other people benefit from the new patch for solving bug?
or if its not, how we can download our desire version with our desire fix?
The community hopes to get such patches, but there is no legal
requirement. If you will redistribute the version, you have to respect
the license.
and also is it possible that all people who know programming,
contribute codes and fixes to your program?
Of cause! That is how open source works. Please look at the section
"Getting started with development" on
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development
is there any condition required for accepting there codes?
Yes, you have to mail a license statement.
is it possible even for novice programmers?
Yes.
i sincerely appreciate your help and God bless you all.
Is this a general question about open source, or do you have a special
concern?
Kind regards
Regina
