Hi.
I am not sure this is what you tried, but I have done this by creating a
numbered block of text at the end (not LO end notes-but what will be my
end-notes) and using cross-references to those notes in that block. It's
not automated but works functionally.

I am looking for a way of having one endnote in a document and reference
that same endnote from several points within the document.
The first endnote insertion is fine, the superscript link and tooltip
work as expected. Adding a cross references or links to the endnote do
not produce a clean/pleasing result. (ie. displays a different number,
without the endnote tooltip.)
Copying the first insertion other points within the document produce the
desired visual result, but generates numerous additional unprofessional
duplicate endnotes with each paste.
Any guidance or suggestions would be much appreciated.
TIA
