Hello all,
I am not a programmer, but I'm trying to add a few buttons to a
worksheet that will allow the boss to do a few things on a protected
sheet that you normally can't do without unprotecting it.
Is it possible to create a macro that can, for example, hide/unhide (so
it would be a toggle button) a group of columns by simply clicking on
it, without the user first having to unprotect the worksheet? Would this
require me to actually include the unprotect/re-protect steps into the
macro? Which would also mean embedding the password?
Same question for sorting on certain columns, although the sort would be
just one way (sort order should always be descending).
Thanks!
Charles
