if you click it (Right top of web site), you come here:

https://sites.google.com/site/readtextextension/

        There, where it says "GET IT", click it and you come to Apache
OpenOffice web Site:

http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/project/read-text

        There at right of the web site page you can find "Download Extension"
link:

http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/download/18413

where you can download it.

        The LibreOffice links are break...I don't know why...somebody knows ?

        I don't know too if this extension work in LibreOffice ! But it is only
that I found,
