I have a Calc file in LibreOffice 5.2.1.2 on Windows 10 Home 64 bit. When I add or remove lines, the drawn objects (like a triangle or crescent) change size and location. Here is the file: Genetics file <http://science.rehoboth.on.ca/Genetics.ods> (see rows 32 to 60 - the large triangle has become large and moves if rows are added above it.) This also occurs when I save the file and exit then re-open the file. Any suggestions?
If the drawing objects are anchored "to cell", they grow and shrink as rows and columns are added and removed within the area of the shape. If anchored "to page", they do not have that behaviour.
If you need the shape anchored to cell (e.g. so that it moves down to stay with the text as rows are added above it), you can fix its size by selecting the shape then Format > Object > Position and Size > Position and Size > Protect > Size.
