Hi:

You can set the background color with:

Menu->Format>Page>Background>Color>Select the color you wish>enter

Insert Rectangle > Click on Rectangle > Position and Size > Anchor: To page;
Size: Width: max; Height: max; Position > Horizontal: Left; Vertical: Top. 

Right mouse click on rectangle > Arrange > To Background. 

Right mouse click > Area > Fill: you choose. 

This needs to be on the pages you want using Copy/Paste and altering colour
as needed.
