Jonathan,

Some simple syntax issues with the color palette.

line 230 & 235 the closing comments must be " -->" you have them as "--->"

Also, from line 156 -> 239  the colors are not formatted correctly, they
each need a "#" inserted before the RGB. Without the #, the colors are
parsed as black "#000000".

Make those changes and when parsed the XML will render the full palette.
