ive took a screen shots from windows and mac, with the problematic area?
can anyone else re-create it on windows??

It's another OpenGL problem.

Go to Tools > Options, click on LibreOffice and View on the left tree and
then uncheck "Use OpenGL for all rendereing"

Close LibreOffice, open again.

You should report this bug at and use
keyword regression.
