not experimental, but portable

Telling me that you use LibreOffice portable does not tell me which
version of LibreOffice you are using.

When setting "use experimental features" for LibO 4.1, you obtain a
different set of features than when setting "use experimental features"
for LibO 4.2, which in turn, offers a different set of experimental
features from LibO 4.3, which is, in turn, different from that for LibO
4,4, which is, in turn, different from that offered on LibO 5.0, which,
in turn, is different from that offered with LibO 5.1, and, if the trend
continues, LibO 5.2 will have even more, and much more radically
different experimental features than the earlier versions.

What would be helpful for those who don't closely follow the development
branch, would be a listing on the releases page, outlining what the
experimental features of the release are, as can be found on
https://cz.libreoffice.org/download/4-2-new-features-and-fixes/
