Can't open LibreOffice 5.0.3002 on my Mac (OS X ver. 10.11.1 El Capitan)
Get the following message:
“LibreOffice.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it
to the Trash.
Hi Larry, you should go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and
in the General tab choose "Allow apps downloaded from Mac App Store and
identified developers" before launching LibreOffice for the first time
(in some cases you need to choose "Allow apps downloaded from anywhere":
the first option works fine on my MacBook, and does not work on my
MacBook Air). After you have launched LibreOffice, you can switch back
to the most secure option.
