You cannot reorder the default tabs. Your own layer tabs are always on
the right side of them. You can reorder your own tabs. But there is no
UI for that. You would have to reorder the nodes in the file styles.xml
in the document source. The tabs are saved in the document in the
element 'draw:layer-set', child or 'office:master-style'.

...uh, :-) it's a pity, many thanks Regina, :-) I was looking for an
UI to reorder tabs... , a way is to create a new one tab and cut and
paste all from the one you want to move.. :-)
